My piece represents the beauty and balance of a healthy aquatic ecosystem. Inspired by Spring Creek, it highlights the life that exists within and around the water and the important role each living being plays. I wanted to reflect our connection to wildlife and the responsibility we share to respect and protect the natural world. This piece is a reminder to slow down, look closely, and recognize the beauty, purpose, and value in all living things around us.

What is Spring Creek to you?
As both a mother and a teacher, Spring Creek is a place where I have enjoyed spending time with my children, exploring and appreciating the beauty of nature together. It reminds me how much there is to discover right within our reach and in our own backyard here in Northwest Arkansas.
I love that nature has the ability to extend learning at any age, while also teaching us to slow down, notice the small things, and care for the world around us.
