By submitting this application you are agreeing to the following terms:

– Artwork delivery coordination will occur around September 17, and Artwork retrieval/pick-up is November 2, 2026

– All sales will be handled by Perrodin Supply Co. (PSCo.) with the following percentages:
– 60% artist
– 30% PSCo.
– 10% donation to Illinois River Watershed Partnership (IRWP)

– Applicant agrees to allow submitted images and text to be used in social media and print promotion

– Applicant agrees to be a part of the published zine of the exhibition

– I understand the exhibition dates are from Thursday October 1st through Saturday October 31, 2026

– I understand there is a $10 fee to cover costs related to organizing the show

– Perrodin Supply reserves the right to decline any work that differs significantly from submitted application or is not ready for exhibition.

– I understand that I am solely responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of artwork while it is in transit to or from the exhibition, and I release Perrodin Supply Co., and all affiliated partners from any liability for injury, damage, or incidents related to my artwork, installation, or participation in the exhibition.
